You wouldn't have to worry about locking in Sydney real estate if you knew you were getting a bonus 15M performance options when the company receives $200M in revenue for cash receipts.
I am skeptical about this $500M - $1B "pipeline". Doesn't sound right selling shares for property. CEOs & entrepreneurs would not consider that a wise move if you really believed in the future and the "pipeline" was a sure thing.
