He gets paid well enough each year to not worry about housing. Should have shown confidence in his stock.
What sort of guarantee do we get for this "pipeline"? Is it a made up estimate or what? I'm not buying this $500M to $1B "pipeline". Next report, they'll probably say it's $2B.
Let's see some of this money actually coming through when they report next. Smells fishy to me
