I am aware of the nuclear fuel cycle and that Silex have vast quantities of tails in the form of UF6 and have posted about this is the past including the value of the conversion.
That being said Silex have made the obvious comparison with production levela for Paducah beimg equivalent to lb's of natural grade U3O8 amd I find it easier to think in those terms sometimes
Michael Goldsworthy has always said personally the easiest and quickest way to market is production of natural grade UF6 at Paducah but a generous RFP may change that and make LEU more attractive
