Cheers, I was thinking much the same as you. Either it's great foresight by NIC and their Chinese and Indonesian partner companies or the Indonesian government looked on and said ' these guys are doing it well, we'll model our regulations on them.'
Tsingshan has direct minority interest in majority NIC owned projects and then indirect interest through a minority holding in NIC itself, but i think those interests don't sum to exceed the propsed regulations. Correct me if I'm wrong in that.
