Rig is onsite and warm stacked is my understanding.
Services are probably the issue.
I think it would be absolute folly to mobilise the rig plus services for flow test onlly.
To me, given the East or Shelf wells are shallow, I think it makes the most sense and we have drilled right up to Christmas the last 2 years.
Even if they started in November there would be plenty of time.
