Spot on. The amount of knee arthroscopies or "clean outs" prior to eventual TKRs that go on in private land in Australia is crazy, I can only imagine in the USA it is the same but worse. Whilst not a threat to getting approval, I also think the effect of weight loss drugs on PARs addressable market has been ignored.

Anyhow for whatever reason I have a renewed sense of optimism this week. The funding situation forever baffles me and will continue to do so, but I just can't see that provided we get 2mg twice weekly approval, this doesn't get through to a NDA one way or another.
