I think this sale is perhaps mainly for "Product for use in vaccine development by Serum Institute of India" and not actual use in vaccines yet.
I think once the vaccine/s are approved that have antoebind inside, product sales will scale up
Every through they mention production below I think that is more anticipation
On the anteo website I believe we are being used in development of a low cost diphtheria, tetanus vaccine which has yet to be approved
