FBR are famous for either not giving time frames or if they do for padding them.
Not sure if you have noticed but they never lock themselves into a time frame.
This is just more of the same from them.
I do think this is a test structure ahead of the actual SAT build. I do expect a very quick video after SAT completes. Building could be certified same day.
