If they do a CR after all the promises it will be the final betrayal and we will do, literally, whatever it takes to ensure there are serious consequences for their ongoing deception.
There is lots of evidence of insider trading with strong buying immediately before announcements followed by strong selling on the day of the ann, clear examples of misleading and deceptive conduct resulting in huge pump and dumps etc. (and a few other things) that will be brought to the regs attention.
Again, ASIC are now on the record in saying that they would treat an ongoing situation like this seriously (and it won't take much more for the ASX to act).
I certainly hope that there isn't a CR and it doesn't come to this but if there is we will absolutely bring it on!
