I’m interested to investigate further as to which contractors, and professionals including drillers and AusIMM certified geologists completed all technical analysis that led to JORC analysis as well as which engineers and metallurgists reviewed the capability of winning back gold from smelting activities etc, as well as reviewing whether there was evidence of issues that ought to have been investigated further by the auditor as part of its activities - ie did the auditor act accordingly based on what it knew and what it was preparing each year as part of annual reports, or should it have done more given what is now known….?

It may be necessary to review further given the amount of losses and the many years of information put out by the public. The fact the company is in receivership appears to highlight many of the metrics surrounding this investment choice were very much inaccurate. Problem is amplified due to the duration of marketing and ramp up in preparation activities.

This may be a task in review, though need to figure out who what and how contributed, and what professional indemnity insurances may be selected for going after these losses.

It would appear to be a bohemeth loss for some, major for others, one email received today from another party today indicates they invested above $2m and feel they were mislead.

If negligence, misleading or deceptive conduct by the company and its directors has caused the losses, my personal feelings is that they should be caused to be called and held to account, there have been many individuals and families affected, mine included, possibly yours also, after all that’s what we have government departments like ASIC and government to ensure it holds people and companies to account right?
