My prediction is they farm in before they even try and go it alone flow test anyways.
They only have 1.5 million left as we are at the end of July now and there is no guarantee they get more than 10million USD as during a book build they already have an indication of demand level and 10 mill would be near it.
But who know's they may get 15million USD
