I can tell you from my interaction with Jamie Tripodi that it seems the NSW JA has not officially delivered their response to the Feds.
Based on this I have initiated an ICAC complaint against Tripodi to which they are currently investigating. I have listed a few reasons for the complaint which I won't go into here.
Not holding my breath that ICAC will be any more efficient of timely than the rest of these buffoons but NSW is definitely the stumbling block atm probably at the request of the Feds.
