I think it will flow but may not at rates that exceed the markets expectations ? so may get dumped on such news, so is huge risk if they run their cash balance to zero attempting to do so. I also think that the Zimbabwe Investors by stumping up at 10c may also have an early clue that the farm in is coming and not risking all their cash on the line like this either ?
I'm slowly accumulating now on the punt that PPSA and farm in comes through in the next few weeks.
