Debt Consolidation It's when a company rolls all its debts into one with better terms. Fact: AEV had a 3 or 4 million loan — was paid off in March. Aside from operational payables, can't see what else to consolidate, really.
Share Consolidation also called a reverse split — company reduces the number of its issued shares and to increase the value of each share. Fact: No hit to value of your holdings; just a numbers game.
Operational Consolidation means streamlining for efficiency, like cutting overheads or enhancing value. Fact: Given AEV’s past performance, if operational consolidation happens, it’s exactly what’s needed.
