1.8 means nothing. If you put a buy order in at $10 per share. It will buy at the cheapest price of whoevers selling next. People put in higher priced buy orders to try queue jump or ensure they get there fill at whatever price up to a maximum of specified in this case 1.8. Wouldnt worry about pre open orders as such as the only way to really manipulate a price is to post the same content as kolubara or fxm....or buy a large chunk to fool others into thinking it may be a leaky ship.
