I think both peter and dunlop is still sleeping in the same bed...since they having being charged together by Asic..they have no choice but giving each other helping hands... one falls...other will falls too. Peter is competence? He was the executive chairman for capital mining..he will have it all..but yet the company is down in the drain. And now here..he had sold out the shareholder confident in OVT. Action by BOD? Which action are referring to?
