    I should add that this board is in a difficult position - being voted in due to the old board having had the foresight to raise when they did.

    Now they are in though, they cannot pander to the folks that put them there to the detriment of the company as a whole.

    If they do not do what is required, they will open themselves to potential personal liability, something no smart director would do.
