Have a look at the volume, in my contrarian way of looking at this the announcement had a level of 'hope' attached to it to enable an exit, well the sophisticated investors are exiting but were hoping for much more of a pump along than they got and are just tired of holding on. Even the buy side has ticked back up to 20M? Who wants more for less?
