Wait, what are you arguing? That there aren't many patients with dementia in Australian hospitals?
In 2021-22, almost 200K hospitalisations were for patients with dementia. Not only are these hospital admissions frequent, but care/treatment in these cases is extremely complicated (the average length of stay for patients with dementia is 5 times longer than for patients without dementia).
