ASIC v ISX Hearing, page-3549

I'm an ISX shareholder and have no love for ASIC or ASX and I think we have been treated horrible by both these entities. All I want to know is the truth and for the guilty parties (ASIC & ASX IMO) to be punished.

However, I question Siciliavin's edited highlight of the Court's ruling.

YES - Clause 12 does say any other claims against JK are dismissed.

HOWEVER - Clauses 6 through 11 state that JK contravened the Corporations Act and that these contraventions were deemed serious.

Please let's be honest with ourselves and with others on this forum. To do otherwise in this manner is a grave "sin of ommission".
