judaism emerged as a re-engineered stripped down (per)version of the Hebrew faith (The Way) that was designed for one purpose, to always be in opposition to Christianity.
In the time of Christ they had much of the conceptual framework of the satanic Babylonian Talmud in the pharisaic tradition of the elders. But after Christ they realized that the only way to inoculate their faith from Christianity was to strip out all the prophets and all writings contemporary to them from their core canon. Because all the prophets point to Christ. They had to keep one prophet: Moses, because if you toss his books you've got nothing left by which to claim any connection to the faith of Abraham. So they kept the torah and inverted all of its meaning with the satanic talmud and kaballah.
