Part of investing involves making your OWN assessment of risks and opportunities for a company, and not just blindly accepting what the company says. Surely you must be capable of some critical thought. Of course they are not going to say 'we might need a CR in 6-12 months from now'. By the time they announce it, it's too late.

Fair call. We’re all here to make money.

I’m aware of the mismanagement of previous ceo/board.

However new ceo Reg and management is doing a great job in the last 12months imo. Kicking out the old ceo and board was a great move too.

If I see any lies or misinformation from new management, I will be the first to call it out but let’s give them credit so far within a year, on US and China reset imo.
