Essentially you are correct and the only thing that is outstanding is the UDoWQ office of State engineer reinstate the permit based on this deliberation and findings - but - because the attention is squarely in them atm and not ASN (as I have maintained steadfastly) they will want to make sure all procedural requirements are fulfilled so things like the "Allegation process" that was mentioned in I'll be exhausted first , because as you know if they don't it will leave those obscure possibly for activists to wedge themselves into like termites , better known as PESTS !!!!!
