Faith, reverence and love of God is not dependant on believing something that is contrary to reality.

God is the God of natural order, science and the spiritual dimension as expressed in scripture. Religion and science are governed by the same God imposed rules. There is not some special circumstance which is recorded in the Bible when all God's natural laws suddenly went haywire.

The Bible records spiritual teachings and concepts in metaphor, symbolic language, allegory, poetic flourishes because there are no words that can adequately express spiritual concepts. It is then hoped that we have the courage to see the Bible with our own eyes and evaluate its truths with our own volition so as not continue repeating the errors of a less education generation.
