The last capital raise was at $4.08 And was given to quality stakeholders. They are long-term shareholders and keep the register nice and tight. They have done their due diligence and like what they see. When you look at the milestones coming up in the second half of the year on page 19 of the corporate presentation each of them in their own right has a good chance of propelling the share price a lot higher…. there are six of them that are expected to be signed off on so that means on average once a month of major announcements culminating in the start of the construction phase at the end of the year. Hard to see the SP at the present levels with a very tight capital structure at years end assuming all goes as planned and VUL has a very good track record of doing what they say.
