I see that Tribeca, UBS Nominees & HSBC Custody Nominees are still Substantial Shareholders.
I would have thought that these Prominent Investment Companies would have Shareholder Clients best interest in mind when they invested in MHC.
I can't believe why they haven't then organized and voted for a spill of the board and installed a BOD comprised of people more competent in their place to create investment value for their clients.
Having Tribeca as a major shareholder was one of the reasons for my investment.
