FDA approval is in the bag. Audits all went well. A couple of very minor non-conformance issues, but otherwise all good. BUBS is currently “provisionally” FDA approved until 31st December. They are extremely confident of obtaining full FDA approval and just waiting for confirmation. That’s the information that is relayed to me.
