Oleg now holds 15,000,000 performance options. These options have conditions that either sales revenue or cash receipts reach $200m over any 12 months rolling period, expiring in 2029. If the conditions are not met, the options will be worthless after the expiry date. I am sure Oleg has every incentive to drive the businesses to reach the target ASAP.
