I think the new mob are very good, especially Jen Pauza who leads up stakeholder engagement. I think there were definite issues in the past. I also think getting the properties wrong in the application is a pretty bad eff up (Council raised this). I also think this is probably classic early days hostility from NIMBYs (that acronym was used by a councillor!) towards change and over time as more information is developed they will slowly come around to it.
Now I want to know how long the remaining 4 steps take, what these steps are, and what the risks are. But today was a good result
