It is a fact that BRN was the 1st mover. That cannot be changed.
Since then we have developed GEN 2 plus TENNS.
All of the above is true and cannot be disputed.
That is what makes the patent portfolio so valuable and that is recognised by Pitt Street research after their analysis of the business.
