Pleased for you that you are experiencing a honeymoon period, and hopefully you go on to have a long happy relationship.
Won't speak for others, but my relationship has seen a few broken promises, a betrayal or two, ugly truths come to light. But I am going to couples therapy, and am committed to working it out, hoping we can come to terms with the past and move on to better times, just can't forget the saying about "Fool me once, shame on you, but fool me twice....".
