As an indication of a future share price, I have made the following calculation.
Based on 137 million shares on issue & a P/E of 30, for each million dollars of profit the share price should be $0.219.
Therefore, a profit of -
$5m = $1.095
$10m=$2.19
$20m=$4.38
$40m=$8.76
$80m=$17.52
& would you believe, a previously mentioned profit of $85m = $18.615.
Do your own estimation of the profit potential & work out your target.
In the early stages, a profit of $5 million with potential to go much higher, would probably have a P/E closer to 60 than 30 which means the early price estimations are very conservative. It is only after a few years will the P/E come back to 30 & eventually, when most future growth is exhausted, back to 15.
