Its interesting GS, that you are so vocal and opinionated, that you never took the time to actually come to the AGM, like all of us and eyeball Bouris and others and say this to there face.
I never heard any of these issues raised at the AGM so assuming you never rocked up. If you are so confident in what you are saying and so critical of the board then why didn't you come to the AGM and vent your opinion there?
