    What amazes me is that DFS is taking forever to be completed

    The numbers may not be that good and with the market this low their strategy is to keep postponing it?

    Creditors are going to enjoy giving them more money for equity at lower prices.

    Another explorers in the bin... market doesn't care and won't touch it for now.
