Yes it appears that way. AME in a trading halt for the same reason and change of control is conditional upon a capital raising which BTR is proposing.
Depending on how much BTR pays for this transaction it's potentially a good deal.
BTR looking to become a significant player or alternatively could be a much more attractive takeover.
