If they haven't managed to get a partner thus far (in fact, they managed to scare away a serious partnership with Novartis), how are they going to attract partners at this stage?
No new successful trials since the first CRL, not to mention the second. They haven't proven the therapy is beneficial, in the eyes of the FDA at least, so the risk to potential partners is huge.
