Absolutly. It's been a long road, but from a very draft TA perspective we are reaching the pointy end - still site build and timeline adherance is critical. The share structure is terrible (with all the options available, and lowball cap raises...) - but, we are slowly chewing through them. Assuming a technical break to the upside, first MAJOR resistance is circa 0.14, then a free run to circa 0.19-0.21 (as you say - every dog has it's day...lol). Execution is key for PEN.
