Well no form has been dropped telling is Cap are buying.
I wish they were, once they get their percentage, Floate will be gone imo.
Cap will not simply stand by and watch their investment disappear as has happened to retail.
Floate is the sole reason this has gone from 20 cents to 1 cent.
