You might be correct. I am only going off of their statement that they would use the majority of the proceeds on capital items etc, but cannot see;
A. Any capital expenditure in the 5B
B. $8M cash injection on the 5B.
I think that tranche 2b is yet to occur, so there is $2.5M outstanding, but the quarterly dot points says that they completed an $8M capex.
