Correct, that means the shorts had to work exceptionally hard on the day of the ANN. To keep a lid on the SP, they had to short 10m of the possible 16M.
What does that tell you? They are worried and suppressing the price. It’s not a genuine seller.
In your language the bulls are not selling, it’s just the manipulated market of the shorters (who you call bears).
