Thanks ski. Japan raised rates to 25 bps and buoying metals and commodities along with some hopes for further policy support in China. Looks like possible Fed easing later today. Coordinated policy shift around the world good for eco-politically sensitive Lynas as we begin new world economic policy cycle with enhanced production of NDPR.
