La jolla invests purely to make a profit. They get money at a discount and then sell into every announcement. They have done this with several companies to date and the results have all been the same. So as long as La Jolla are receiving CDY shares, the price will continue to get dumped time and time again. It will be incredibly frustrating and it wont stop until CDY find another source of funding.
Once i heard La jolla were on board I sold all my shares into the last rise knowing that the sp would be pounded every time La Jolla get allocated their shares. The CDY directors would be better doing a spp at 3 cents because ultimately most loyal shareholders care about the company whereas La Jolla do not.
Ultimately, the more shares a company allocate to La jolla, the lower the sp will go.
