It's my view that they know they're sitting on solid intercepts from the Kooly drilling. As Netley stated in the presentations, they'll know pretty much right away what they're hittiny with PXRF on site.
It would be absolutely reckless from FRS management to not have raised already whilst drilling if they weren't sure of success from the program.
