When you pair this reduction of transparency and disclosure annouced, with that little snafu regarding the options, it's again not a great look.
In general, when a company amalgamates reporting segments and/or stops reporting metrics altogether, it's because those metrics are no longer helpful to management to report, usually because they are expected to get worse.
Kogan doesnt want as much public information about its business out there, despite operating with its current level of disclosure for years, speaks volumes really.
