yes the JA would definitely not make a decision until the hearing but I don’t think they are going to do anything off their own bat . They have nothing to lose by ignoring it.if we lost the case then yes that is a problem but I think we would all rather fight and lose than just keep waiting. But that’s just my view I suppose.its a big roll of the dice I agree but I think they are taking the p$ss and will not do anything until their hand is forced and public opinion won’t force that because it’s not a big public issue in reality.its getting to the point of go big or go home.
