in the last year l acquired PCI & KKC (same sector) and despite the high fees these are generating very high returns paid monthly.
I prefer to hold through SOL, l suspect these non core investments PCI etc are higher risk.
Perhaps this sector would have been decimated in a GFC type event. I have ear marked to return to cash deposit at same stage… just so undecided? Probably if rates fall? Dunno?
