Just today Aussie silver explorer CCU did a raising, 27.5% above the previous close.
To quote a poster there: "These institutions aren't able to get this quantity of shares on market, so why should they get it at a discount? They SHOULD be paying a premium."
The type of deal offered to us smacks of being desperate but with the resources we have we are anything but desperate.
