Just one idea, guys. Could it be that Arcadium, GLN's neighbor, is somehow blocking the export license (and hence all negotiations in China etc)? I remember that strange interview with their CEO; he was very critical and raised doubts about economic and environmental issues (shipping that "salt water" across the country/ocean). I mean, he must have more "influence" on local government than GLN's directors. Wasn't it strange that he was/is so critical? This is not Australia - this is Argentina. And GLN is on the same salt flat.
