"Subsequent to the quarter, the Company signed an exclusivity agreement with a third party to conduct due diligence on a number of permits that it has been assessing as part of an initiative to broaden the Company’s portfolio from North America to include domestic opportunities in Australia. Part of this exclusivity agreement gives the Company the right to deal directly with the regulator on various matters including work program commitments and other regulatory issues.

During the quarter commercial discussions were advanced with third parties in relation to other new venture assets considered complimentary to those identified under the exclusivity agreement. Gas prices now have severely impacted upon the economies of Western Australia and the east coast of Australia with double digit gas prices now being a common theme across Australia."
