the important bit is the board finally woke up and acted. this should boost some confidence in the SP. the amount is not important but the show of confidence and the message the board thinks this SP does not reflect the fair value of the company matters a lot.

also Nic's message was very good from the video he released - he said without saying that things are going according to plan at Tomie so now we don't have to guess and speculate what could be the reason for selling.

the MD and the board should be more proactive to these developments and to act on time - otherwise people have every right to speculate what could be the reason of the selling. simple market update like the one Nic did goes long way to show it is BAU from our side. small buys from a director or two completes the message.
